Grow and Let Go Therapy Practice

Finding the right therapist can be a challenge. It is a privilege to be a part of a client’s journey to heal and manage life stressors. I want my clients to feel heard and validated as we work together to navigate through challenges. I enjoy doing trauma therapy because I want people to take their lives back and give themselves the happiness they deserve. The world can be a mean and nasty place, but it is also filled with potential for growth and healing. I am goal-oriented and work from a solution-focused perspective while practicing CBT and EMDR therapy. Therapy is not a one-size fits all experience and we will customize treatment that is best for you. I primarily work with teens, young adults and adults. My specialties include trauma, anxiety and depression. My favorite parts about my job are that I get to help people and serve my community. I virtually serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds throughout the state of Texas. It is my goal that each client feels understood and respected.
